I think this is a perfect time to add some colored pencil. This is already looking great! With sharp colored pencils, you can deepen the browns of those seeds, and add some more contrast to separate out the separate tufts of hairs where they overlap, and then get some of the texture of the seed pod in there. You are doing a great job with this difficult subject. Keep going!
