                      Consider bringing shadow up to edge of apple so there isn’t an empty space, and then have the outer edge of the shadow smaller and disappear into the background with no outline edge! Nice color and pattern and highlights on apple!

                                          Nice job on the feather! I do think you can get sharper edges on your feather strands and have a bit more contrast. Right now all areas are dark, and sometimes areas can be left lighter especially in the overlaps leaving the ones on top lighter. All in all great job!

                                                Oops, it posted before I could type. I gently added some shading into the highlight areas to make them a bit less stripy looking. I also lifted a bit with a kneaded eraser in an attempt to make it a bit less of a straight line. Not a huge different but yes an improvement, Thanks Wendy!
