									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi Pam, nothing fancy with this one. Just a wash of watercolour and lots of layers of coloured pencil. I find masking fluid too difficult to manage with sharp pencils, they scratch it off too easily and I’m a bit heavy handed with the etching tool!</p>

Yes, learning how to soften the edges of your drawing and not rely on lines to complete the form can be quite challenging. As I’m drawing I keep rechecking where the highlights begin and end and try and softly shade the colour all the way to the edges. Carefully finishing the edges helps also.</p>

Then a single pink watercolour layer and finally lots of layering with lots of colours.
