Yes, very lovely! I really like the composition. Especially the way you use the dark flawer in back to accentuate the brilliant orange of the flower in front of it. My eye is really drawn to it. Also love the contrast of the sharp straight flat leaves with the lyrical movement of the flowers and stems. My only suggestion would be to bring some cleaner colors into the right hand flower. It seems muddy and less defined than the other flowers.
I really like your composition, the negative space, the various buds and open flowers and the color. Itβs very elegant and appealing!

The flower on the top left really glows, Ishbel! Beautiful. The leaves feel a bit angular to me, but you’re right that they do provide a nice contrast to the flower stalk. I might round out that folded one just a touch.
Geeze Ishbel. This is absolutely lovely. Please keep inspiring me to improve. π
Thanks Eleanor!

Hi Katy, I know what you mean and I saw that myself…that flower is dying and so was less bright but I could try to improve the definition. Thanks.
Lovely composition and colours, such. beautiful flow to it and harmonious colour scheme. So enjoyable to spend time with. π
