Hi Nina- I would suggest starting with the “toning a sphere” lesson. It will show you how to tone a single sphere to give it form. Then you could move on to a composition of multiple spheres (fruits?) and what happens with the highlights and shadows when the spheres are in a group and may overlap each other.
