Yes Sheila! I really like your solution for completing the composition. It still retains the freshness and simplicity of the original drawing. However, I am struggling with the little bud on the bottom left. Even though it is small, the darker color is demanding more attention from me than I want. At first I thought that adding a small petal near the bud would help, (which it may), but I keep looking at it and it is the darker color of the bud that bothers me the most. I think lightening the color of the bud could do the trick. If not, adding a small petal (the size of the smallest petal you added on the right) in a light color may help. I picture it placed on an angle (also like that small petal on the right) above and to the right of the bud. Try some tracing paper options. I would keep it very simple so you don’t complicate the charming and airy feeling you have all ready created. I would consider lightening the bud first. Does anybody else have any thoughts on this?
I’m okay with it’s darkness! Because I think it’s (tiny) size balances out the value difference. But I think you’re right about adding another’bit’ so it’s not so lonely down there. Some tiny seeds??? Just a thought…

Agreed, I like these new elements, and I think that bud may need some company. I also wouldn’t mind some more in-depth leaf study, now that we know this is a clover…. ?
I put in some petals and a very little bud. I think the space is better “filled “ now.
