This is so well done Dora! You really captured this big, juicy tomato!!!! Your drawing has so much going for it! The toning and the highlights are very successful as is the color selection and saturation! My one comment would be that you could lighten the shadow and have it angle back a little more. You enjoyed working on this and it shows!!!!
Thanks Doug. I realised about tte shadow after I read one of your comments on an apple when you talked about the light source. I’m still after all this time having issues with light source but I think I’m at least becoming more aware about leaving highlight now. I must have a mental block or stubborn brain !!!
This was a quick study of a home grown tomato. No stress and enjoyed attempting it.
