This is a great page Rita! It is good to see you pushing yourself and trying a range of subjects with much success! Even with study pages start to consider the composition. I like grouping subjects that have noticeable similarities. On your page, the brown stem with bud doesn’t harmonize with the other subjects because of it’s color and also because of it’s placement. If it is a stem from one of the flowers on the page than definitely use it, but reconsider it’s placement on the page. I often do pages of found objects that are all in neutral tones and they relate to each other mostly because of the colors. However, that stem is very well done! I would like to see some of that crispness on the purple flower. I would use a verithin pencil to go in and punch up some of the edges and dark areas. Great job!
