I went back to the drawing of the lime and worked on Wendy’s suggestions. Also, re-drew the edge of one of the leaves. So important to start with an accurate drawing! Added more color saturation and detail, plus another leaf and started the cut lime. Went back and forth with much erasing in trying to figure out how to represent the inside. I ended up using some cool grey. Since we don’t have any more limes on the tree that are the same color ( there are two left, and they turned yellow) I had to use a photo I had taken when I first started the drawing.
