Hi Konjit, this is a good start. I like that you are using the vertical lines to get some texture. I also see that you are understanding the light source coming from the left. What you need to work on now is more control of the toning. With more control you can really get that cylindrical look. Gradually bring the shadow up from the right. Think about where the highlight would be.
