Hi Ann! Nice job! You have a good range of tones and great color saturation! The tone on the left edge could be a little lighter – 3-4 on the tone scale. A small thing that makes a big difference is how we do the markings on bark. There are often horizontal markings, but be aware that when the markings get to the outside edges of the branch they should be curved to emphasize that you are illustrating an elongated cylinder. They will curve up at the branch edge.
