That leaf is wild! It looks like two different leaves glued together! Be careful with your cast shadows. While the tone of the cast shadow on your branch is close to what you see on the real branch, you do not want it that dark. Shadows should be more of a suggestion so they do not compete with the subject. I would point out too, that your light source seems too close to the subject. The range of tones you should see on the actual subject are washed out and the shadow are quite strong. You could use more range of tones on your branch. Right now it is too similar, so there is not a strong sense of form. The arc tone bars are good! The one thing to keep in mind is that the highlight should not be such a strong stripe. The areas flanking the highlight should have a subtler tone transition as it moves away from the highlight.
