Great job Debra! The branch is beautifully rendered and the details are wonderful! I would take another look at the cast shadow. It is throwing me that the branch arches, but the shadow is flat. It is very possible it was like that and if so, I would lighten the cast shadow more so your wonder branch stands out even more. A couple of other things to consider. I would work on making the finish smoother. I would also expect the cast shadow to be a little darker on the left side where the arch of the branch starts.
