What a fun flower! I’d love to see more about the parts of this flower–an individual petal, some magnifications of the reproductive parts, perhaps? 🙂 Nice leaf margin on the large leaf. Again, I think you could work on the midvein and planes of the leaf, so it looks more like an open book and less “round.” Love the variation in the purple color.
I forgot to add to my drawing that I doubled the size of the flower. It was tiny! I’ll have to sneak back on that trail and see if I spot any more of these. I came home with 2 blooms and some buds. I was able to get one of the buds to come out (which is what I drew) but none of the others have bloomed. I’ll work on the leaves some more! 🙂
