Welcome to the ArtFeed Anne Marie! I would not have thought that you last drew some 42 years ago. The fuschia are nicely rendered and your color selection and saturation are really good. I was curious why the leaves on the left are a much different green than the leaves on the right. Leaves are often challenging and need highlights and shadows to create definition and interest. The lessons on drawing leaves in Wendy’s books or videos will give you the basics and then it is a matter of practice, practice, practice. Attaching the pressed flowers is okay, especially if the color and texture are accurately represented for comparison.
