I am posting five different stages of the leaf of Jatropha multifida, I started with a very intricated design and found out by the observation that this was a young leaf and as the plant gets older the leaf gets plainer. so I am working on all of them at the same time, on front and back views also. all of these are in process.

I first thought about doing one drawing with the different stages and the flower which is so spectacular too. you will get it any time. now I just want to do different drawings and see what happens, so I am in the process . But it’s nice to have your comment as it cheers me up .thank you.

Love to see all the stages of these leaves!!! Such interesting shapes, I can see why you’d want to draw them all. You’re doing a great job capturing the structure. Can’t wait to see the flower and what you end up doing with all of these. What fun. 🙂
