Just another grocery store white mushroom (a kind of old one). I used graphite in conjunction with the colored pencils, to try to get a finer line. That didn’t go so well, and the colored pencils really smeared the graphite. Oh well. Another lesson learned. 🙂
I think it looks great, it looks as if the graphite did work!

Eleanor, yes, you’ve discovered that graphite pencil and our colored pencils have a complicated relationship. Hah. For finer lines, try getting your Dark Sepia pencil REAALLLYY sharp, or use a Verithin pencil. This turned out really great, though.
