Hi LikeWater, Your toning is getting much better! I’d like to see a more distinct highlight and smoother tone in those lighter areas. But overall a great improvement! Good job.
I mean bring the mid to light tones up to a more distinct circular highlight. It should fall in the upper left ‘quadrant. If you have Wendy’s book “The Joy of Botanical Drawing”, check out how she does spherical shapes. Page 36 is a good example.
