This is a wonderful drawing James! Very lifelike! I would take another look at the cast shadow. There is light line on the lower right side of the branch that should not be there. The cast shadow is darkest at the edge of the subject and fades lighter as it moves away. Your shadow us too uniform in tone. Cast shadows are most successful when they are more suggestive and ground the subject to the page. It is easy for them to distract your eye from the subject, which you obviously don’t want.
