Julie, what a fun page! I love that you studied the pattern on the cap and practiced the cap from different angles. Nice round forms here. My only suggestion is to make the cap less square and more round (in the drawings with the cap and nut together). Use your sketch as a guide and try putting the two elements together again. Lovely work!
I sort of figured the caps were a bit square. I did try to fix one of them, but was messing it up more. I should have just started over. I will try more. Thanks for your input.

Yes, acorns are one of my favorite images. They are much easier than those leaves.
