The changes have all ready made a big difference Karen! I think you could do more toning – both to the stem (which is looking much better in a stronger green) and to the flower. Think of the toning exercises where on the stem you are doing the arc toning. Even though it is a light colored flower you still need to have distinguishable toning so the subject has form. If possible, I would lighten the shadow even more. You are almost there!
