White petals on a white paper! Always a challenge. But you are doing a great job! And your drawing of the Daisy shape in perspective is getting quite good. I particularly like the center one in the second row. I question the orange on the center flowers. It seem too monocromatic. I’m losing the shape. I think you are going too intense too quickly. Build up to that intense orange. And overall think about the light source. Where is the highlight? Where is the shadow? That center orange section should have a dark and light side and might even cast a shadow.
I love seeing this exploration. Those loose petals! So sweet. This is great practice for white flowers. I like the intensity of the last bloom on the second row. Nice shadows there.
Crystal White Zinnia practice page in pencil, watercolor pencil and paint. Thoughts?
Look fantastic. What a great page.
