Hi Yelena, Sweet apple! Nice drawing! I really like the way you have handled the variegation and used it to indicate form. I saw from your tomato drawing that you were concerned about getting too dark, but I think you need to get a bit darker on this one. Especially because the stem is so dark. It is distracting. Slowly start bringing in darks on the shadow side. The value you have now will make a good reflective light value, but go darker in the core shadow. Also think about where the light would land on the divot around the stem and where the light would be blocked. Think of it as a cup.
