Before I continue my exersise, can anyone tell me why I have this bloom I guess, and how to prevent this in the future. Or does this not matter? Thank you!

Watercolor application takes lots of practice to get things looking the way you want them to. I’m not sure what you’re referring to here, but in most cases, the way to adjust your watercolor is with water. Either adding more water to your pigment, wetting the surface before you apply, or trying with less water overall. @katylyness any watercolor advice here? 🙂
