Hi May, you are getting some really nice toning on these. One thing to pay attention to when drawing leaves is that you want that center vein to feel like it connects even when folded over. It can help to “draw through”, where you draw the vein curving over, and then just erase the bit that you wouldn’t see. That bottom curve also got just a bit too wide. Keep working on these studies. It will pay off. Keep up the good work.
I find it a challenging task to follow the mid rib. Drawing from observation make it tough too. Each time I take a look, the leave looks a bit different from what I already have in 2D drawing. Thank you Pam for your comment. It is helpful.
