Drawing an Acorn in color Lesson:2 I did not have an acorn. I used a hazel nut. I loved this assignment. Still working on not having fuzzy edges.

  Here is the update. I practically ground the white pencil into the paper. I’d have to use a white art pen or gouache to make it lighter.

  Hmmm, the original looks lighter.

  Ok, this time I erased some of the layers of color with my colored pencil eraser went over the highlight with the white pencil and added some burnt siena here and there. Highlight looks a bi tmore prominent.
