Nice to see this on kraft paper. You need a long poll to get those female cones!. Add maybe a touch of dark sepia on the the top two drawings on the left!
Thank you for the suggestion. I will try a dark sepia although “a touch” is very tricky. A long poll may not be enough as female cones are located toward the top of the tree which is about 35 feet. I will send you the picture separately.
I could not draw female cones as they are located high up on the tree and inaccessible.
