Nice to see your tomatoes Nancy. I think you may have cool heirloom tomatoes but perhaps you are emphasizing the sections a bit more than is really there. If you can include a photo of your subject that would help us see what you are seeing. Your color and tonal variation is good and perhaps you can leave just a small highlight that is the white, the color of the paper with no color on top of it for really good shine!
