The paper in this spread was Fabriano Artistico Hot Press watercolor paper 140lb. We didn’t use any pencil, just pen and watercolor. We used a size 003 Sepia Micron pen. And we used a water-brush (like the Pentel Aquash Water Brush) to apply the watercolor. IT was really fun. For the other white spread, we used Fabriano Artistico Cold Press 140lb watercolor paper, and a 005 Sepia Micron pen. Also didn’t use pencil on that paper, just pen and watercolor. Also used waterbrush to apply watercolor. The tan paper was Stonehenge Kraft paper, and we used our usual Draw botanical supplies for it. Some people also added a little pen here and there, but I didn’t in mine 🙂
This journalling is so inspiring, what kind of pen/pencil are you using for outline? Also wondering what kind of paper you’re using.
