This is beautiful Susan! There are a couple of areas where the petals meet and where the stem meets the flower that I would go in and add some more dark toning. The dark center is very effective and really draws your eye in. Great job!

Wow, what a nice drawing, Susan. You’ve done a great job with the petals, and I agree with Doug that some little punches of Dark Sepia in a couple places would really finish this off. In between some of the petals, and also right where the stem goes underneath the petals. I wonder about maybe adjusting the stem so it doesn’t appear totally straight or the same width all the way down? It just feels a little rigid to me. What do you all think?
