Wonderful color selection Rachel! You could apply more saturation especially to the cut view of the apple and also the leaves. So that the stems have form to them (elongated cylinders) be sure to have a range of tones from highlights to shadows so they appear to be rounded rather than flat. The top leaf looks pretty good. Leaves vary so much, but there are many aspects that are true most of the time. The main vein tapers as it goes from top to bottom. The secondary veins also taper smaller as the move from the main vein out to the outer edge. They often don’t go right out to the edge, but break beforehand and go downward. The veins on the bottom leaf are too wide and too consistent (don’t taper).
