Hey Maureen! You are totally on the right track using Earth Green as a grisaille color here! You may also want a little Light Yellow Ochre or Burnt Ochre as a shadow color. I would wait till the end to add really dark details with Dark Sepia. This is going to look great. Make sure you draw in the reproductive parts early and try to keep them light against the dark inner “cone” of the flower. 🙂
