Maureen, this is looking great. I think you did an excellent job with the connection between the sepal structure and the reproductive column. The stamens are AMAZING here! I also really love the contour lines in the bottom parts of the front petals and the way you weaved in several colors that are not pink. It really adds depth of color and movement to this drawing. I still think that petals are your ultimate challenge (mine, too!!). These petal edges are looking good for the most part, but there are still places where the scalloped edges feel a little too “regular and could vary a bit more. Also try some practice exercises in the Botanical Basics – Rolling and Twisting Forms module. I think that will help you with those little edges that fold over. Hibiscus are so hard! You did an awesome hob here.
