Be careful not to have the cast shadow be too dark. If it is too dark it competes visually with the main subject. It ‘s purpose is to ground the subject to the page. As the light source is coming over your left shoulder at a 45 degree angle, the cast shadow should also angle back at the same angle, rather than being horizontal or angle forward as seen here. Consider adding more color to the middle area where you see the white of the paper showing thru. Great job!
