Instructors: Vern and Sam
Recommended subject: pine cone, sunflower seed head, other spiral patterns
Join us for a live online workshop! We will follow along with lessons in the new book, The Joy of Botanical Drawing.
This weekend, we’ll look closely at the intricate spiral patterns in nature. From the arrangement of flowers at the center of a sunflower to the seeds on a pine cone, this workshop presents techniques for drawing these complex patterns and applying them to three-dimensional forms.
If you are unable to attend a session, recordings will be provided.
