I just didn’t get started that way. Good learning experience 🙂

Thank you, Carol. Goya is also known as bitter melon or bitter gourd or bitter squash. As the name suggests, it belongs to the squash family and tastes bitter. It is supposed to be full of vitamin C and other good stuff, but it is an acquired taste.
