Oh, yes! I see a full range now. I love this part of the drawing process, where you are fine tuning and picking those places you can use contrast and detail make the piece really pop! Good job!

Beautiful Ingrid! I would add more toning to the overlaps and cast shadows on the leaves. We would also expect to see toning on the stem under the tulips. Adding the toning will make the flowers pop even more.

Hi Bettina, I love all the tangling leaves. They give the flower a run for her money! You are getting those great darks now. The only place I would address is the back leaf. It confuses me. I see that is is cracked somewhat. Which you have chosen to include, and that can be fine, but I’m not sure shat is happening with that strong highlight…[Read more]

So shiny!!! Excellent shine. Really looks like a waxy surface. Make sure the edges are clean, and I feel like the centre can use some more clarity/definition.
