That first tone bar was before I took Wendy’s class. I had been using her book to learn. I really enjoy the online classes. I am learning so much.

These seed pods are hanging on the linden tree right now. I’m soaking a seed pod hoping it will open. They’re hard as rocks.

I’m struggling with getting the dark pinecone in front of the dark branch. Leaving room below for seeds? I wanted a “quick “ study and now I’m fussing, but have enjoyed studying it from pencil, to sepia, watercolor….
