I love the leaves, too! I’m not sure if this would work with your scanner but I have scanned two halves and merged them together afterwards on my computer.

    I use Publisher because it’s pretty straightforward. I open the document, make the background transparent, open the 2nd document and make that background transparent then line up the 2 halves. I hope that helps a bit!
