I’m working on the Year Long Challenge. I have a small branch from a Carolina Allspice that I transplanted several years ago. It’s a small shrub with deep bergundy flowers that bloom in June and smell like strawberries.
What did you use to create this?
Hi Melissa… sorry I just saw your question! I used colored pencils; dark sepia, a pale grey and some very light touches of venetian red. I used the embossing tool to get those little pale bumps on the bark.
