So lovely, Jeanne! Your petals are such a convincing white, with just the right amount of shading throughout & the yellows & greens within, defining the veins give them such character. I love the style of your print as well! : )
Thanks Suzanne, Maybe I’m done but will probably go in again a bit. The font is an old letraset Premier sheet I’ve had in my stash of stuff-I-love for some time.
This is so very very expressive even beyond your amazing skillfulness. I enjoy the feel of your work. It gives me a better sense of where I want to go in my new explorations of colored pencil drawings of flowers – especially white ones. Thank you for your graceful renderings. I love them!
HI Jeanne, this unusual composition makes me wish for a sequel that shows inside the flower and a bit more leaves! Nicely done all around, but you could still just get a hint of darker in a few spots to push what is in front and what is behind!

Yes! I think this looks much clearer, Jeanne. Lovely.
Hi Wendy, Well I do have one in layout form with full frontal, but only a bit of the collar’s leaves I’m afraid. One with leaves may be a third. They are low to the ground and the stems are long. A challenge I have thought about but not figured out just yet. Thanks yes – some darker bits.

Martha, I am speechless. Thank you for your words. I so appreciate them. Oh those whites! Might make a great series. Just whites.

Thanks Vern. I am much happier with that intersection of parts.
Very beautiful, sensitive drawing and composition, Jeanne! Just love it!
Thank you Marci!
So pretty and delicate!
