Liz, this is looking really good. Nice saturated reds. As you continue to work on this, I recommend keeping some nice dark areas in the places where the larger blooms interact with each other. I’ll attach an image of the places I mean. Great work. Keep it up!!
Liz – it’s beautiful. So many bracts to tackle – You really get the depth and layers of the plant in your drawing. love it!
Beautiful – I like that some bracts are lightly drawn – brings my focus to the fully rendered ones.

Thanks Marci. Well it doesn’t have all the leaves, but the basic plant is still there. I am relying more an more on the photos I took.
