Greetings Lucille! The color is really nice! The problem I am having with the leaf is that each side looks like a mirror image of the other. Because of that I can not tell which direction your light source is coming from. I always picture an open book in my head while doing leaves. The two sides of a leaf are really the opposite of each other. If your light source is coming from the left then the left side is light and gets darker as it moves toward the left side of the main vein. On the right side of the main vein it is light and transitions darker as it moves toward the right edge (and away from the light). When I say light it isn’t necessarily a bright highlight, but at least distinguishing from the mid and dark toned areas. You did achieve making it appear as the two sides rolling under at the edges. It is the area on both sides of the main vein that needs clarification.
