Thanks so much for the advice. You know I didn’t even seen that the branch was not connected to the stem. Yikes!
I have such trouble with leaves and where to highlight. Need more practice. Thanks again -

A leaf for rolling and twisting class, it’s been hard to get a very dark green -

Wait. Yes it is. 🙂 it’s just skinny so it’s hard for there to be lots of variation. Anyway: it look awesome.

I find sticks to be incredibly difficult because, by themselves, they are a little abstract. Though this isn’t toned I think it looks great.

This is lovely. I would consider showing which is your shadow side more by darkening that side a tiny bit and then really the main bright highlights should only be on the opposite side so you are describing one strong light source!

Consider bringing shadow up to edge of apple so there isn’t an empty space, and then have the outer edge of the shadow smaller and disappear into the background with no outline edge! Nice color and pattern and highlights on apple! -

good start here. Center veins on leaf can be skinner next time and widest and the bottom!

these are coming along nicely, how about a few more light tones so we feel a slightly more subtle transition on your cylinder.

Hi Michelle, this looks great, I recommend a more subtle shadow so that the tomato is the most important element and the shadow sits back and is quieter.
