The board I am using at the moment is a home made one – just a plastic picture frame with foam board inside it. So it is very light but sturdy. It is propped up on my yoga block!!! I was trying to write that I found making the ellipses a bit challenging and may have put down too hard of a line for the shape itself. Quite fun exercises although I found them challenging.
